JEAN-PIERRE AKA SEAN

After the devastating earthquake, we, like so many others, await word of a family member or a loved one in Haiti. 

As a small boy, a burn victim, Sean was brought to the U.S. for needed medical care and was ultimately adopted.  After spending many years in the U.S.  and upon completion of his needed medical care, Sean returned to his native Haiti.  Once back in Haiti, the excellent English he had learned while in the U.S. made him the perfect person to work as a translator for English speaking missionaries.

You may not know his name, however, his facial burn scars makes him a stand out from the crowd.
